Modern, European-style, clean and private 300 sq.ft. studio above our stand-alone garage. We have everything you need for a short-term stay (TDY): comfortable, medium-firm queen-sized bed w/ linens, extra pillows and blankets, Lefant robot vacuum, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, Instapot, microwave, hot water cooker, induction hot plate, pots, pans, silverware, essential dishes, fridge/freezer combination, iron/ironing board, large couch, smart TV, blow dryer, WIFI, free parking spot, washer/dryer, and lake access. It’s quiet, secluded, and private.
⚠️You must be able to climb stairs.
⚠️The space is not wheelchair accessible.
🫧Washer and dryer access in our garage. Please bring your own HE detergent.
🐟🛶 Water access
Fishing (with a valid NC license), hiking, swimming, kayaking (BYO), SUP (BYO) and more are possible right outside the front door. This is a private, tucked away spot to maximize relaxation.

Bi-weekly washing/changing of linens required. Leave it on top of washer and it’ll be clean by evening.
Bi-weekly or weekly cleaning can be requested for a fee. But best would be if you keep it clean yourself. Cleaning utensils are provided. If you don’t like mine, bring your own.
Privacy
The suite is above our standalone garage. You access it via keypad. I will provide the code about 30 minutes before your arrival. The studio apartment has a separate code. Don’t share garage code with anyone.
You don’t have to see us if you don’t want to, but we may run into each other sometimes just like friendly neighbors do. However if you ever need anything please text or ring the doorbell. We are glad to help.
