Screened in porch wonderful for sipping morning coffee or relaxing after a long day on the water. New deck addition with outdoor seating, grill and plenty of room for guests to enjoy! Inside large dining area is ready for family and friends with combined seating for 12. Kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, and Keurig coffee maker. Plenty of parking space with room not only for guest to park but trailer parking and turnaround are a breeze! Secluded feel with short drive to Henderson for all necessities! An incredible family getaway or fishing trip awaits with this perfect property!
House Rules
- Guest is responsible for all members of the party and their guests. Occupancy should not exceed number in reservation.
- There is plenty of parking available in the front of the house, please park all vehicles on property and not along road.
- Should you need your vehicle to get down to the dock and/or to carry supplies, please use path to the left of the house. When finished, please drive vehicles back up to the front of the house. Cars cannot be left parked down at the lake overnight.
- Boats and trailers ARE NOT permitted on the path to the dock.
- Though our neighbors are all very friendly, please be mindful of outside noise especially between the hours of 10:00PM and 8:00AM. Please respect the property boundary and avoid venturing onto neighboring properties.
- We kindly ask that you remove all shoes and leave on shoe racks provided by the door or on screened porch.
- NO SMOKING OR USE OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ON PROPERTY
- NO PETS
- Hold Harmless: The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest/guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Amenities
- Bed linens and towels are provided. Additional towels are under the sinks in each bathroom. Please do not take these off of the property and make sure any towels used at the dock are returned back to the house.
- The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need for your stay. Please do not use wood cutting board at sink for any meat or dairy products and use plastic boards found in drawer.
- Washer and dryer are available for use should you need them. Be mindful of load size as they are smaller units.
- All outdoor fires should remain contained to the fire pit provided and screen should be kept on at all times while fire is burning. Do not leave fire unattended.
- Patio cushions are located in the closet of the first bedroom. Please bring them into the screened porch when not in use.
- Life jackets on the porch are for owners use only. Do not attempt to remove them from the rack.
- Grill and propane are both to be turned off when finished using.
Checkout
- Upon checkout, the house should be left in the same condition that you found it. There is no daily housekeeping service. Please leave unused beds as is and occupied beds unmade. The home is provided with a starter set of septic safe toilet paper, paper towels and basic cleaning supplies. Homeowner does not guarantee that these extra items will always be available and guests may need to replenish their own paper goods, toiletries, and laundry detergent, etc. House is cleaned prior to your arrival including linens. If the premises need additional cleaning to return to state prior to Guest arrival, Guest shall bear those additional costs. Some examples are unwashed dishes, stained carpets, and marked walls. Guest agrees to keep house, furniture and furnishings in good order. Guest is responsible for all costs to replace or repair any damage to furniture or premise and replacement of missing items including recreational items.
- Place all trash in the grey trash can outside and secure lid. If trash exceeds this, please leave additional bags on screened porch.
