Steps up from the entry level take you to the main living and entertaining areas in a great room with vaulted ceiling and lake views. The luxurious saddle-tan couch and love seat provide comfortable seating for enjoying the Dura-log fireplace or watching movies on the flat screen TV with DVD/VCR. Bamboo and glass create a tropical style dining table with 4 thickly padded seats. There are 3 matching padded stools along a breakfast counter. You'll find everything for preparing and serving gourmet meals in the oak-floored kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and food pantry.
You'll probably spend a lot of time lounging on one of the wrought-iron swivel rockers on the balcony deck off the great room. CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit. There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
