Sit back and relax on the expansive deck or large screen-in porch while your guests enjoy the flat lot on over an acre of land.
This newly remodeled home provides luxury accommodations and space for your guests to spread out. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining the whole family and the sunroom with expansive windows provides beautiful views of the entire cove.
The kitchen is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances and modern amenities. There is seating for 4 at the dinette table, 4 at the kitchen island counter, and 8 at the dining table in the sunroom.
The expansive deck provides seating for 12-14 and the screened-in porch provides additional seating for 8-10 people.
This 3 Bedroom 2 bath home is a split floor plan with the master bedroom on one side & 2 guest bedrooms on the other, and a sunroom and screened-in porch that runs the length of the home.
The Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom contain a Queen bed and each sleep 2. The 3rd Guest Room contains a triple twin bunk bed and a Queen bed and can sleep 5.
The sunroom is a flex room that contains ample seating and can be converted to a 4th bedroom that sleeps 4, with two large couches and a blow-up queen mattress.
Bed sheets, down comforters w/ duvet covers, pillows, blankets & towels are provided. All permanent beds are made prior to your arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers. There are also multiple couches that can be used for sleeping and a large cabin tent can be provided upon request.
We also provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry/dishwashing detergent, and dryer sheets.
The master bathroom features a very large tiled walk-in shower with dual showerheads, new vanity, and a new toilet. The guest bathroom features a new walk-in shower, new vanity, and a new toilet.
The property is located at the end of a serene creek that opens up to the main lake, centrally located behind Watersvew Restaurant and directly across from The Pointe.
Bring your boat and tie it up with extra large cleats. There is a private community boat ramp adjacent to the dock that can accommodate medium size boats & jet skis, but it may not accommodate all boat types. For medium to larger boats, we recommend launching at a public launch. There are additional private community slips available for guests.
The water depth is approximately 3-4 feet at the end of the dock and is perfect for the little ones to jump in and float.
Food Lion, Ace Hardware, ABC Store, Lake Gaston Pizza, The Pointe, Watersview, Wakeboard Willies Ice Cream, and additional specialty shops and watersports rentals are located less than 5 minutes away from Heron House.
During the summer months, June-August, the minimum night's stay is 7. Check-out is 11 am and check-in is at 4 pm. Early check-in may be possible. The minimum stay during other months of the year is 3 nights. We may allow a shorter minimum stay (4 nights) during the summer for booking. please inquire.
