This fantastic home sits slightly back from the water and offers waterfront living on a protected Canal, water views, and a private boat dock (30 Hammock Canal #44). If you want to venture outside of the community you easy access to some of the best fishing spots on the Outer Banks and are close to downtown Manteo with its gorgeous waterfront boardwalk, shops and delicious restaurants! The Beaches of Nags Head are also a few minutes away! The home has a Saturday turn-day and parking for 4 vehicles maximum. There is no Covered Parking, no smoking, and no tenant pets allowed.
