Only a 5-minute drive to the happenings downtown! This unique apartment is situated in a quiet, pet-friendly neighborhood. The large, private patio (covered) with hot tub (not available between 11/15-4/15), overlooks a wooded backyard to the Asheville Municipal Golf Course's 15th fairway. Convenient location to the Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge Parkway (Folk Art Center), Black Mountain, most attractions and major highways. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The sofa sleeper in the den is a double. Even though people don't normally come to AVL to eat in, this eat-in kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, double sink and microwave plus 2-burner hot plate, crock pot, electric skillet, and toaster/oven. Washer & dryer (detergent provided.) All linens, kitchenware, paper goods, shower toiletries provided---basically, bring your toothbrush, clothes and groceries.
