Ideally situated on almost two acres of gently sloping land on Lake Glenville near the mountain resort villages of Cashiers and Highlands. Surrounded by the Smoky Mountains, Lake Glenville’s 26-mile shoreline meanders past forests, pastures, waterfalls and world-class golf courses. Warm days and cool nights are almost assured on this high-elevation mountain lake.
The Lakehouse’s 200+ feet of shoreline, provides ample space to enjoy swimming, use of our private boat dock (equipped with canoe and 4 kayaks) or relaxing on the sun terrace overlooking the lake.
The use of native materials and local craftsmanship throughout the 4,700 sq. ft. lake house makes it a true luxurious mountain lodge.
