This new build in the charming and ever-growing neighborhood of Plaza Midwood is the perfect place for you to experience the quiet neighborhoods of Charlotte with your family or friends while also being in walking distance of top restaurants and breweries! You're also a 3 minute Uber to multiple neighborhoods including NODA and "Uptown".
The home has updated finishes, a small 1 car garage, gym equipment, WFH space and is a true town home with four stories (no elevator so please plan accordingly)!
The space-
The home has 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen, and 1 full) and 2 twin pullout chairs/ottomans in one of the bedrooms and living room. There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath! The home is full of natural light, cards and board games to enjoy and even a few options for listening to music (record player/ Bluetooth player).
We have everything different guests would need- a workout space in the garage, a work from home desk & chair on the second floor, kick-balls & tennis balls for the local park (2 minute walk) available to use, bike stands for the avid biker (we'd recommend the trails nearby), a full washer & dryer set up as needed, a grill on the back porch for those who enjoy time outside and playpens, baby gates and a small high chair for the families visiting.

No parties and NO GLITTER/ confetti. We do charge an extra cleaning fee if glitter/confetti is found!
The home is surrounded by other homes and of course share walls with neighboring units. We have a strict HOA about quiet hours. If you think your group cannot respect quiet hours/ will be enjoying later evenings in Charlotte this might not be the property for you!
Please know our neighbors (directly next door) also rent on VRBO if you’d like your own place but want to be close to family/friends who’d like to also rent!

Your pet is welcome in the back yard, but leash laws must be followed in the neighborhood.
