Updated, 1st level, in-law suite, minutes from sound side beaches, and a short drive to a front row seat of the Graveyard of the Atlantic. This quiet spot is located in a gated community, with basketball & tennis/pickelball courts, and a waterfront playground. There is also access to a community boat ramp for an additional fee. The space
Updated, studio style space with kitchenette and full bathroom. Walking distance to sound side beaches, and access to a variety of beaches, groceries, restaurants and entertainment within 10-15 minutes drive.
Guest access
As you arrive to the neighbourhood, you'll stay to the left to obtain a guest pass for your stay. Once you pull into the driveway, your entry way is located on the RIGHT side of the house. You'll have access to a full studio suite with it's own kitchenette and bathroom. Our hot tub is located on the lower front porch and is free to use at your leisure.
