Persimmon House (formerly known as Amazing Grace) is a charming oceanfront vacation home in sleepy Historic Corolla Village. Less than 100 steps from the beach, there is no challenge in making great memories here. Whether you choose to stay in to enjoy the views, frequent the beach or shop in the village – Persimmon House is in the perfect location.
A walk down sandy Persimmon Street to the Village is like a step back in time. At the end of the street, you can find the Village coffee shop, juice bar, beer garden, and bookstore. If you are more adventurous, you can reach the 4x4 beach by walking about a mile up the beach – which is where the wild horse preserve begins.
One of the first homes in the area, Persimmon House has endless ocean views to the east and unobstructed lighthouse views to the west – uniquely situated to take in amazing sunrises and sunsets. Much of Persimmon House was recently renovated with thoughtfully curated sitting areas, historic décor, and comfortable bedding.
After a rejuvenating day at the beach, refresh in the private pool or unwind in the sauna. At night, you can stargaze in the outdoor spa. When it comes to meals, you can make your favorite gourmet meals in the well-equipped kitchen and after watch movies in the den/media room or living room.
