Welcome to our RV on Town Creek Farm that lives on 37-acres of pasture and woods. You will experience the quiet and peace of country farmland while still being minutes from downtown Pendleton, Clemson and Anderson.

The space
Welcome to our RV on Town Creek Farm! We have 37-acres of beautiful pasture and woods that currently home our free range chickens. (More animals to come!) You will feel like you are miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while being just a few minutes from downtown Pendleton and Clemson University.
When you arrive at our farm, you will drive about a half mile down a dirt road to our RV. You will see the views of our pasture and our free range chickens.
Unwind and relax in our swivel rocking chairs on our front porch, while enjoying a cup of coffee and quiet pasture. We also have a picnic table, firepit and grill to maximize your enjoyment of our outdoor space.
When you enter our RV, you will see our two comfortable recliners and sofa overlooking our propane fireplace (that gives off great heat in the fall/winter!) and 40-inch Smart TV. The living room has large windows to bring in plenty of natural sunlight. Inside the kitchen area, you will find all the kitchen essentials to cook and bake if you please. We also provide grilling utensils to use with our propane grill.
Off the living area is the bathroom and bedroom. Our bathroom has a shower that is connected to a tankless water heater (so no cold showers!). The bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed and another 32-inch TV. There is also closet space and dresser for your belongings.
In terms of amenities, you will have access to small, yet important things like: an iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and paper products.
*****Please note that our RV is currently hooked up to a generator. We plan to have electricity on the property soon (hopefully fall 2022), but have a generator to fuel our RV. We have instructions on how to use generator in welcome book. There is a back-up battery that will power the lights, refrigerator and a few other things. Please message us if you have any questions or want more information. *****
Also, please be aware that booking this space is on a farm and is home to many wild animals like deer, turkey, hawks, and coyotes. Please clean the outdoor space and do not leave out any food that might attract these wild guests. We have not had any problem with these animals, but we make it priority to not leave out any food.
We also have our free range chickens on the farm. Please do not touch the white electric fence or feed chickens. You are welcome to help us with our daily chores when we are on the property! (Hens will start laying eggs October 2022 and you are welcome to enjoy farm fresh eggs during your stay!)
We do have space for a couple of tents and up to 4 extra guests for a fee $25/person per night. Please message us if you are interested.
Lastly, there are train tracks on the far side of our property and you occasionally will hear trains during the night.
We will be out on the farm daily to feed our chickens and move our tractors. We will say, "hey!" if we see you on the porch, but will respect your space and privacy.

Summary: This listing was exactly what we were looking for: a relaxing getaway. We had an amazing time at Town Creek Farm! The hosts greeted us with some of their favorite treats upon arrival. The location is perfect… felt secluded but only a 5-10 minute drive to everything. Communication was excellent. If you’re looking to get away for a few days, this is the perfect place to go.
