Beautiful lake front property on a quiet cove on Pea Hill Creek. This house was completely updated with new flooring, kitchen cabinets, paint and furniture. The lot is gently sloping toward the water making for an easy walk to and from the lake. The house is 1500 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths but can sleep up to 6-8 people. The house has 3 bedrooms…two with Queen size beds and one extra large bedroom called the "Bunk Room" has 2 bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. (Bunk beds have full size beds on the bottom and twin size beds on top). There are 2 full baths… one bathroom in the bunk room has a garden tub and separate stand up shower. The other is a hall bathroom to be shared by the 2 other bedrooms. This is the perfect house for two families to share.
Bring your boat and tie up to the dock that has 8 ft of water. Or relax and spend your days splashing in the water right in your own backyard. Enjoy the view of the cove while you cookout on the grill or make s'mores over the fire pit. Feel free to use the 2 kayaks or 2 paddle boards to explore the cove and lake.
