Positive: Positives: • Lovely bright room with use of an absolutely delightful private garden where hummingbirds appeared regularly whilst we were there. • Two very comfortable Barcelona-style chairs next to the patio door, allowing you to sit inside but enjoy the garden if the weather is too cold to sit outside. • Very large bathroom with an excellent shower. • Fantastic location in Pacific Heights with a good selection of fine coffee shops and restaurants nearby. • Also very close to Presidio Park, which is very nice. • The self check-in arrangements worked very smoothly and it gives a strong sense of security.

Negative: Negatives: • The aircon / heating system is quite noisy, including at night, but we seemed unable to switch it off. However, we were wearing earplugs so it wasn't a major issue for us.

Summary: The garden makes it a wonderful experience
