You can experience the quiet neighborhood in Charlotte while also being walking distance of top restaurants and breweries! You're also a 3 minute drive to multiple neighborhoods including NODA and Uptown.
The home has updated finishes, a small 1 car garage, and ample space with 4 levels (no elevator so please plan accordingly)
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during
your stay.

6. Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm-6am
