The private swimming pool welcomes you to your vacation with attached kiddie pool, well-furnished deck with picnic table, and grills nearby. Get to and from the beach easily on the boardwalk next to the home, and rinse off at the end of the day in the outdoor shower and convenient foot wash. Just inside is a full bath for quick trips in from the beach or pool and the steamy hot tub is just up on the deck overlooking the pool and beach. There are ocean views from every level of this home, including the first level, and an elevator takes you and your luggage from the carport to the great room and each level in between. No need to lug groceries up those stairs! The game room won't disappoint with an air hockey table, comfortable seating area in front of the home theater system with Smart TV and BluRay player, and nearby kitchenette with full-size refrigerator and microwave. A dining table accommodates afternoon snacking or rainy day board games. A bedroom with 2 sets of bunks is found on this level for the kids, while four more bedrooms (queen, queen, queen, king) are located on the mid-level. All bedrooms in the home have private master baths, Smart TVs and BluRay players, and all but the bunk room have views of the ocean. There are two sets of washers/dryers in the home, one on the bottom level and one on the landing up from the mid-level to meet the laundry needs of your group. The views from the great room are impressive with blue water and sea oat covered sand dunes. Relax on the sofas while watching your favorite show on the home theater system with Smart TV, surround sound and BluRay player. A wet bar is found next to the entertainment center with mini-fridge to keep your beverages cold. Meal prep is a breeze in the well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar seating for four to supplement the dining table which seats 10. Up one more level is a captains watch with bench seating and windows framing a panoramic view of the ocean and sound. There are three levels of oceanfront decks at this home and a soundside deck on the mid-level for watching the pretty colors of the sunset. The first and second level decks are covered and most of the top level deck is open to the sun and the stars. There is a covered portion of the top deck just outside the slider from the dining area, where you can dine oceanfront undercover at the table and chair set. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the weekly dog fee is already included in your booking summary when selecting 'Yes' to pets. The $200 weekly fee will apply for each additional dog.
