With its proximity to the ocean, you'll enjoy terrific ocean views. Private beach access is a mere 350 feet away and offers uncrowded, stress-free relaxation.
Ground Level: Great for kids with a rec room with pool table, foosball, TV, and stereo. This area also has a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and sink. There are three bedrooms on this level, two bedrooms share a bathroom, and a bedroom with two duo bunks.
Mid Level: Has three bedrooms, one with a whirlpool tub. There is a large separate den with 50 cable TV.
Top Level: Has a spacious great room with TV/DVD, gas fireplace, kitchen, and dining area with seating for 20. There is an elegant bedroom with a whirlpool tub along with another bedroom. Abundant sunlight and decking complete the finishing touches of this home.
Amenities: private unheated pool, hot tub, one-acre lot, gas fireplace, WiFi, eight TVs, Blu-Ray/DVD, Keurig machine, gas grill, two stereos, Bluetooth sound system, video/books.
