This beautiful oceanside retreat is a great addition to our rental family! It has everything your family needs to make great vacation memories.
Sunshine is located on a private, non-through street and sits on a half-acre, wooded lot with a quiet and secluded poolside setting while still offering ocean views. At nearly 4000 square feet, there is more than enough space for your family to spread out, yet plenty of room to be together. Enjoy a short, direct walk to the private beach access onto one of Corolla's nicest beaches. Sunshine is conveniently located near shopping in historic Corolla Village, and also within walking distance of the Currituck Beach Lighthouse and the Whalehead Club. Once you experience Sunshine Corolla Village, you'll want to return year after year!
Ground Level: The ground level includes two bedrooms: one room with a King bed that shares a full bathroom with a room with both a DuoBunk and a Single bed. Both rooms have HDTV, Blu-Ray player and streaming Netflix. This level also features a well-equipped rec room that includes a pool table, foosball table, stereo and HDTV, Blu-Ray player and streaming Netflix. There is a wet bar and a full fridge in the rec room for keeping cold drinks to enjoy poolside. The rec room also includes a half bath only a quick step inside from the pool deck. The private pool and cabana hot tub are just outside the rec room through the newly-installed safety fence. The house features quality outdoor furniture and the wooded lot provides privacy in the back of the house. The open side yard is set up for horseshoes and basketball.
Mid Level: The mid level features four primary bedrooms, den and an open two-story foyer. This level includes a main bedroom with custom walk-in, tiled shower and a second main bedroom with deck access. One of the remaining primary bedrooms has a Queen bed with deck access and the other has 2 Singles. All of the bedrooms include HDTV, Blu-Ray players and streaming Netflix. The den has a queen sofa bed, 60" HDTV, Blu-Ray player with streaming Netflix movies, surround sound, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii, PS3 and deck access to the wraparound porch and hammock swing. Rounding out this level is the laundry closet.
Top Level: The top level features a beautifully decorated and spacious great room with hardwood floors, leather sofas, half bath, computer desk and laptop docking station, 60" HDTV, Blu-Ray player with streaming Netflix movies and stereo with surround sound. The kitchen has granite countertops and two dishwashers. A glass-top table and granite bar provide ample seating for dining. There is a ship's watch with ocean views and comfortable chairs, which is a nice place to cozy up with a favorite book, game or puzzle. Outside, on the top level, is a generous amount of deck space and a large screened porch for family dining and enjoying ocean breezes.

For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
Pool heat is not available in July or August.
