Wow. This fantastic, newly updated and immaculately maintained direct beach front 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit in Royal Gardens Resort has everything available to make your stay spectacular. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator with working ice-maker, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, small appliances, and cookware as well as a kitchen island with bar stools. Dishes, glassware, and tableware are on hand. There is an in unit washer and dryer, plenty of seating in the large main living area with smart flat screen TV, a sofa that folds out to a queen size bed and a twin sleeper love seat. Enjoy unsurpassed ocean views from the living area and furnished balcony deck.

In addition to a thorough cleaning of the unit, we disinfect all surfaces prior to any guests arrival. The elevators areas on first three floors now have hand sanitizer stations keeping with Covid guidelines.

Royal Garden is a premium condo resort. Common area features include an indoor heated pool and hot tub plus an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, private walkway to beach, outdoor shower, ocean side bar, grill area, covered parking, and three-elevators. And cannot forget The Salty Pickle bar and restaurant. Parking is in a covered garage, with parking pass(es) provided.

Royal Gardens Resort has installed hand sanitizers at the elevators on the ground, first and second floor and maintenance is taking extra time to disinfect doorknobs, elevator buttons. stairway railings etc. as well as more frequent cleanings of common bathrooms. Suite 702 is cleaned thoroughly and all surfaces will be disinfected prior to guests arriving.

Summary: This is our third annual visit to this condo...we love everything about it...great location, fabulous beachfront view, great decor and extremely clean, fully stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer ...and did I mention the VIEW!!!! Linda and Nick are wonderful and thoughtful hosts, with a welcome gift and providing hs with a book of things to see/do and where to eat. I'd give 10 stars if I could!
