There is also central heat and air, a large laundry room with washer & dryer, wireless internet, ceiling fans, 2 portable cribs, 2 high chairs, safety gates, outdoor enclosed showers, upper and lower covered oceanfront decks, a large sun deck, an oceanfront gazebo, and large ground level patio next to a private pool. The pool can be heated in the off season for an additional charge.

On the main level there are three bedrooms. One has two Double beds and a private wheelchair accessible bathroom. One bedroom has two Queen beds and a private wheelchair accessible bathroom. The other bedroom was made from what used to be an open sitting area. It has a Queen bed and a bathroom. There is also a half bath. Upstairs there five bedrooms and five bathrooms. These include two master bedrooms on the oceanside of the house, each with a King bed and a private bathroom with shower and jetted tub. Another bedroom has two Queen beds and a private bathroom. Another bedroom has four Single beds with trundles to accommodate up to 8 people. The last bedroom was made out of an open sitting area and now has one Queen bed and a bathroom.
