Top level: Upon arrival, you'll be captivated by the property's beautiful curb appeal and the gentle ocean breezes that grace the area. This house features a spacious, open floor plan, designed to maximize living space and natural light. The living area is adorned with large windows offering panoramic views of the natural beauty. The large kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and a center island as a focal point for culinary endeavors. It seamlessly flows into the dining area, creating an inviting space for entertaining family and friends. There is a wet bar and a half bathroom on this level.
Middle Level: The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful retreat. The master suite, with its private balcony, offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere with a king bed. The ensuite bathroom includes a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. You'll also find an additional bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. A third bedroom on this level boasts 2 Queens and 2 Twins (bunk style) with a full-size bathroom, and the fourth bedroom has a King bed, full-size bathroom, and access to the deck.
Bottom Level: The rec room has a Sleeper Sofa and a foosball table. For convenience, there is also a full-size bathroom.

All of our homes are equipped with Wi-Fi. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee that the internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
