Ground Level: The large, tiled rec room provides a pool table, a kitchenette, a fridge, wet bar, dishwasher, microwave, an HD home theatre system with DVD, sofa bed, and game table with backgammon and checkerboard inserts. Off the rec room are a laundry and a half bath. There is a bedroom with a bath and TV/DVD, plus a bedroom with two singles, bath and TV. These two rooms and the rec room have access to the completely fenced and gated pool area. There is also a bedroom with two bunk beds, bath and a TV
Mid-Level: There are five bedrooms on this level, with four having TV/DVD and access to the oceanfront deck overlooking the pool. One of the bedrooms has a whirlpool, grab bars by the toilet, and a step-in shower with grab bars. There is a bedroom with two bunk beds, bathroom and TV/DVD. A large laundry room with kitchenette, fridge, microwave, and a wide exterior door accessing the deck with wheelchair ramps to the pool deck and out to the dune top deck with oceanfront hot tub.
Top Level: Lovely panoramic ocean views abound from this level. The great sitting room area has two sofa beds, gas fireplace, HDTV, DVD, stereo, movie and book libraries. Two large dining tables overlook the ocean seating 12 each. The spacious well-equipped gourmet kitchen provides plenty of prep workspace, two dishwashers, an island wet bar, beverage fridge, six bar stools, and center island with a five-burner flat cooktop. There is a wheelchair-accessible main bedroom with TV/DVD, oceanfront deck access, whirlpool, grab bars by the toilet and step-in shower.

The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. Pool Heat is available at $85 per day. Contact guest services to add the pool heat to your reservation. Pool heat is not available in July and August.For January and February bookings, please contact Vacasa to ensure the hot tub is available.Guests will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
