They’ll love sunning themselves alongside you on the oceanfront pool patio that showcases a new private swimming pool, picnic table, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and a 6-person hot tub ready to deliver a soothing respite. Nothing but a natural sand dune separates you from the ocean when you’re ready to build sandcastles and play in the waves.
All of the home’s bedrooms are located on the first level and include a master king with an ensuite bathroom and oceanfront deck access, two queens, and a room with two bunk beds. All of the bedrooms feature new mattresses and TVs. There is also a full hallway bath and a laundry room on this level. The level above it reveals a warm and welcoming great room, with a half-bath, cathedral ceilings, and a wall of window sliders offering multiple access points to the oceanfront deck. Settle into the comfy sectional to catch a show on the Smart TV or perhaps let the more natural one outside grab your attention instead. Enjoy the gleaming white kitchen thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to prep meals that can be served at the five-stool breakfast counter or eight-seat dining table. Summary: Great house and location. We enjoyed the views and the pool was perfect. Loved the walk to the beach. The area was great and perfect for just relaxing. The people in the area were very friendly too. If you want to go to the Outer Banks and don’t want all the busyness, this area is perfect.
