Welcome to the highly desirable Ocean Dunes resort! Our vacation rental is located on the oceanfront, giving you access to an expanse of stunning beachfront views at the southern tip of Pleasure Island. Enjoy the amenities of the resort, including multiple outdoor pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, grills, and playgrounds for the kids. After a day at the beach, visit the recreation center for an indoor pool, spa, sauna, exercise room and clubhouse. Relax, unwind, and make lasting memories at this beautiful destination! Note: there are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts.

Rental Policies:
In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, avalid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. Asigned rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm
Check out is by 10 AM.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
*Hard Key entry. You will need to stop by the office to get your keys.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed with travelers. The Ocean Dunes Community has a strict policy that only condo owners are allowed to bring pets.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, afull refund will be processed less a$300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, arefund will be processed less a$300 cancellation fee.
*This property has pest control scheduled for the second Tuesday-Thursday of every month. You do not need to be present, but access must be granted.*
