Summary: First, we made our reservation in February 2025 for our stay in May. We were never notified that the balconies and sun deck would be closed because the engineers stated they were unsafe. This was one of the main reasons that we chose this location. If we had been notified, we could have changed our reservations. Upon arrival, we were sent to the wrong location to pick up our keys and had to drive 25 miles to a different location. The desk clerk was very rude in his explanation of these restrictions, which had been in effect since March 2025. The parking was very limited for the handicapped spaces. The pool area was okay, but being in front, there was always traffic noise. The hot tub was dirty and often had trash floating in it
