The ground level offers a private den/bedroom with a queen Murphy Bed, full bath, large TV & Blu-Ray player. This room has access to a covered deck, large gas grill, outdoor shower, private heated pool and sun deck. A primary bedroom with a TV and DVD player completes this level.
THe mid-level provides four bedrooms with outdoor access. The den has a large-screen HDTV and Blu-Ray player, queen sofa bed, and deck access. The laundry facilities are also on this level.
The top level features a great room with gas fireplace, large TV, Bluetooth soundbar, Blu-Ray player, stereo, a separate dining area, a large breakfast room and a new, deluxe kitchen with two full-size refrigerators, two dishwashers, two sinks, double ovens, granite countertops and a breakfast bar. Also on this level are two main bedrooms with TVs. One also has a private deck and whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Enjoy some downtime in the cozy reading loft. An elevator easily moves you between floors.
Other amenities include a hot tub, outdoor shower, gas grill, gas fireplace, WiFi, unlimited domestic long-distance calling, Bluetooth soundbar, stereo, movies, games, puzzles, a port-a-crib, high chair, porch swing, cabana service of six chairs and two umbrellas from May 28, 2023 through September 5, 2023. In Aaddition, Buck Island offers a community pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, playground, beach and pool cabanas 280 yards away.

Fireplaces are available from November 1 through April 1.
The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October.
For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
