Enjoy the outdoors in this partially secluded area. Ocean Pine Cottage is nestled on two flat lots near Saucepan creek, along with a back yard! It’s fully fenced! The yard is partially enclosed with mature trees and shrubbery to keep the wooded feel. Outdoor leash hookups are provided for your doggy to play, if needed. Oh, and don’t forget the fire pit area for an evening around the fire.

A couple of noise deterrents are placed on the outside of the property (facing outward) to aid with any possible noise. Noise is out of the owner’s control.
