Summary: Overall, the staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurant was at best mediocre. We ate dinner there one evening and ordered a chicken burger and fries (cold but we were hungry so we ate without complaining), steak which was the freshest and the oxtail which was insepid. The bar food seemed best. The young waiter looked zombied out and not very knowledgeable. The in-house DJ playing loud house music while a World Cup match was being played was/is thoughtless and unnecessary. Our room was ok but really needs refurbishment as fixtures were broken or old and dishevelled. The WiFi on the top floors barely works. The location by far was the best thing about the hotel. Lots of restaurants, bars, things to do and the bus to kings x is just outside.
