Come stay at our brand new custom lake house on beautiful Smith Mountain Lake in Union Hall, Virginia. “Take Two” is a fabulous lakefront home with six bedrooms, four full baths and and 1/2 bath in a quiet cove. The main level is full of 20+ foot vaulted ceilings and is an open floor plan which gives you views of the lake from almost every window and the full wall of sliding glass doors. Enjoy a modern kitchen With all new appliances and coffee maker (k cups) as well as a custom made table big enough for the whole family. You can relax and enjoy the amazing family room with tv and fireplace. Almost Every room in the house is equipped with a smart television and decent internet for streaming. There is also a large deck area with an outdoor seating and fireplace as well as patio furniture directly off two bedrooms. So you can enjoy the beautiful lake views, we have our own private dock were you can use our floats and paddleboards or swim off the dock as much as you like. Our Cove is very quiet and deep enough to swim and jump off the dock. We have many life vests for use and a small fridge in the boat house for beverages. Dogs are also welcome with a non refundable $200 per pet deposit. The house also has a full washer and dryer inside of the mudroom where you can hang your wet towels. The house will sleep a lot of people so come ready to have a great time with friends or family. With all of the people don’t worry about hot water either - we have a tankless hot water heater. There is also a full bar set up downstairs in the walkout basement. We are only renting the house for a very limited number of weeks during the year therefore you can take advantage of our better prices since some of our personal items will remain in the house. We will stock the house with sheets and towels (bath and swim) prior to your arrival.
