Beautiful seasonal views and access directly to Nolin Lake! This DOG FRIENDLY, 2600+ sqft home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a game room, wrap around deck, fire pit and all the lake essentials. Plenty of space inside and out for family, friends AND fur babies!

Inside the home you'll find 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, plenty of dining space, a game room with shuffleboard and other games. Outside there's a large wrap around deck with outdoor furniture, a fire pit, charcoal grill, hot tub and access to the lake. Paddleboards (April -November), fishing poles are available for rent once you arrive at the property. Moutardier Marina is the closest marina.

This is a brand new neighborhood and the lake path is still under construction. We suggest wearing tennis shoes or other shoes with good traction to make your walk easier. Docks are private property and renters are not allowed on the dock per the Army Core of Engineers at Nolin Lake.

**We cannot 100% guarantee the hot tub will be available on any specific dates. There can be unforeseen maintenance or damage from a previous guest that requires us to temporarily close the hot tub. The hot tub being closed will not result in a qualifying cancellation/refund.

Summary: The house is very nice and nestled in a wooded area. There was plenty of space for our family and all the bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking tools to make our Thanksgiving dinner. The fire pit and hot tub were great amenities too. We really enjoyed our stay.
