Getting Around:
4WD vehicle is not required but definitely recommended in the winter months since this house is at a higher elevation and can occasionally receive some winter weather.
Other Things to Note:
If you are looking to host large get togethers or enjoy being rambunctious, this property is not for you. There are no parties allowed on this property. All outdoor activities should wrap up by 10:00pm. Anything done indoors after 10:00pm should be done so at a respectful lower volume.
There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside or outside of the property. That includes the front patio, the back deck, and nowhere in the yard.
We are dog friendly! Please let us know prior to booking if you are bringing a dog with you. Our standard pet fee is $25 per dog per night.
Please be advised that this area is inhabited by bears. Please be vigilant when outdoors and keep children and dogs under a close eye. Do not leave food outdoors or in your vehicles. Bears have a keen sense of smell and will open car doors or go through trash. It is recommended that doors be kept locked and all food removed from vehicles. Property owners are not responsible for damage done to vehicles or any other guest property left outdoors.
With this home being at a higher elevation, the occasional winter storm can cause the roads to be hazardous. Four wheel drive vehicles are recommended. No refunds will be given due to weather or road conditions. We will work with you to reschedule your stay.
Interaction with Guests:
We are fairly busy so you most likely will not see us at the property but we are always available by message or text. We also have an after hours emergency number should an emergency arise after 10pm.
