The top floor features: wood flooring; the primary bedroom with en-suite bath and a walk-in closet, plus a private ocean view deck to enjoy the coastal breezes. There is also a bunk room with a twin over queen bed and an ensuite.
The second floor features: wood flooring, the main living area with soaring ceilings, a large dining table that fits 8-10 guests, a open and spacious living area with a fireplace and a beautiful chefs kitchen. This level opens onto a large covered oceanside porch with expansive water views, the perfect spot to watch the waves. Additionally there is a mother in law master suite that sits apart from the main floor plan, with a luxurious bath, walk-in shower and private outdoor deck.
The first floor also has a half bath and a laundry area.
The ground level has another sitting area with TV and gaming counsel as well as an additional bunk room with full over full bunks and a separate day bed. This bedroom also has a dedicated full bath.
