Important items to note:
~Guests must be 25+ (children with parents/guardians allowed)

~We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. You may need to buy more.
~Internet is DSL (Darn Slow Line!). It is suitable for checking email and social media but not for gaming or VPN use. We have been able to stream on one tv at a time, but it is unlikely guests could stream on two televisions at once. Please understand fiber is not available in this area, and internet is extremely limited.
~Cell service can be limited in the mountains. There is a Verizon booster at the home which helps with cell phone reception. It can still be spotty in places, especially outside the cabin, and may go out from time to time.
~Enjoy disconnecting and the peace and serenity of this lovely property!
~No pets. Pets are not allowed. Guests will be charged $500 if pet is brought.
~No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 11AM on the scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50 for the first half hour and $100 each subsequent half hour the guest fails to vacate the property.
~No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God.
~We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance for their protection!
Cabin is just under two scenic miles off the highway. The drive is gorgeous, and the last stretch (under one mile) is on gravel road. As the cabin sets up above the main road, be aware there is an inclined gravel drive to go up. I find it no problem to drive in my minivan.
No smoking. No parties. No glass near hot tub or in outdoor space. We provide plastic drinkware for outdoor use.
