This cute property, built with an open floorplan and numerous upgrades, is sure to be an ideal retreat while enjoying Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. You will appreciate the warm, comfortable feeling and pleasing décor that make this home so special. Upon entering the home, you’ll find a small sitting space immediately on your right, perfect for removing coats and setting down bags. To your left is the kitchen, which boasts stunning granite countertops and dark cabinets. Stainless steel appliances and an ample amount of amenities, including a crockpot, traditional coffee machine, and blender, make this the perfect space to make the perfect meal. Two bar stools rest on the right side of the island for those that want to join in.

In the hallway to your right, you’ll find the first two bedrooms. The master is on your left and the guest bedroom/bathroom is on the right. The master bedroom holds a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a standing glass shower and single vanity. The guest bedroom also holds a queen bed, dresser, and flat screen Roku-connected TV with a mini Nintendo gaming console complete with downloaded games! The guest bathroom can be found in this hallway and holds elegant granite countertops, a single vanity, and a bathtub/shower combo.

To the left of the kitchen and dining area is the living room. With a reclining sofa and two reclining chairs, the living space encourages warm gatherings and time to reflect on the day’s adventures with family and friends. A flat screen Roku-connected TV sits on the entertainment stand. Various puzzles and games including Monopoly, Chutes & Ladders, Uno, Sorry, and Apples to Apples can be found in the entertainment center.

Off the living room is the final guest bedroom with a queen bed and walk-in closet.

To top this home off, a game room can be found just past the dining room. It holds two bean bag chairs, a small table and chair set for 2 with a chess set, and an air hockey table! The backyard is accessible from this room and holds a table and chairs, flat top propane grill, and cornhole.

The laundry room can be found behind the sliding barn door in the living room. An air mattress offers extra sleeping arrangements, allowing this home to sleep a maximum of 8 people.

Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval. There is a $50 pet fee.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.We do supply shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.

Although often there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc. We cannot guarantee what will be available.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.

There is no smoking allowed on the property.

No parties or events are permitted.
