Two bedrooms located upstairs in the loft, one bedroom and bathroom on the ground level. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed; one bedroom upstairs has a king bed, the other has a full-over-full set of bunk beds.
Living room is open and spacious, with plenty of room for a small group to socialize, share a meal, etc. Kitchen is small, but comes equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, a standard coffee maker + a Keurig, and all the kitchen basics such as cookware, dinnerware, and silverware.
Note that there are a number of stairs leading from the parking area to the house, from the house down to the dock, and inside the house leading up to the 2nd floor loft.
