Knotty and Nice is a brand-new cabin in the Red River Gorge with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a peaceful setting surrounded by trees. In addition to the lovely cabin amenities, take pleasure in the cabin's proximity to Natural Bridge State Park and the Red River Gorge hiking trails—just ten minutes away.
After hiking all day, unwind in the six-person hot tub, enjoy s'mores around the firepit, or curl up on the reclining sofas by the interior fireplace.
The space
Get ready to relax and enjoy your stay in the Red River Gorge at Knotty & Nice. This three bedroom, two bath cabin sleeps 6 guests.
First floor: The spacious living room includes a gas fireplace, cozy seating with 2 sofas that recline and a recliner, vaulted ceiling and a 65 in Smart flat screen TV. Enjoy home cooked meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a duo Keurig, coffee bar and state of the art appliances. Gather the whole family around the large dining room table. Laundry is located off the kitchen in the utility room with detergent and dryer sheets provided. On this floor is two bedrooms, both with King size beds and Smart TVs. All bedrooms are individually temperature controlled so that everyone can sleep comfortably. A full bathroom with large walk in shower is located on the first floor as well.
Second floor is home to the master bedroom with a king size bed, Smart tv and ensuite.
Out on the spacious 3/4 wrap around deck, guests can enjoy the gas grill for cooking dinners, unwinding in the hot tub, all while watching your favorite game or movie on the 58 inch Smart tv.
Well-behaved pets are permitted at our “pet-friendly” cabins. A non-refundable pet fee ($25 for 1 and contact us if you have more) is required. Guests must clean up any dog waste. Pets should not be left unattended. Please refrain from having your pet on furniture, including bed, unless you have a blanket for the pet to lay on. If any evidence of an undisclosed animal is discovered during or after the stay guests will be charged a pet fee. In addition, any and all damages caused by pet will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
Plenty of trailer parking.
You will drive on a gravel road to arrive at the cabin, there is a couple of steep climbs. 4-wheel drive is NOT required but is necessary during snowy or icy conditions.
