Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Dominic (guest contact) was very easy to reach and very pleasant. He especially helped us because we left something personal behind and he not only alerted us quickly but a family member of ours was able to retrieve the items without a hitch. Also the area was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. House was near all necessities. Wrap around deck/patio/porch was nice. View of the water was very calming.

Negative: Unfortunately there are some things that need tweaking in order to make the place better. Master bath needs a toilet paper holder and towel racks or hooks. Also the water pressure is weak. Master bedroom was fine but ceiling fan was just one speed. Other bedroom needs curtains, a suitcase folding stand and a small chair. Also the skylight needs a covering of some sort. It is nice but it ruins the sleeping experience. Kitchen has an island cabinet door that may have to be fixed and we could not find a regular broom. Also there was a lot of switches and remotes but not sure the intentions of some. Patio/deck/porch could use some comfy seats and maybe a table to relax and enjoy the very nice view. The dryer seemed like it was not working properly. It was not drying on the 1st attempt and was somewhat overheating when tried various times. Overall a bunch of minor complaints that once resolved and/or fixed, will make the experience a lot better.

Summary: Great area and view but house needs some tweaking
