1st bedroom has a king size bed, 50" TV, full size bathroom with tub/shower and double sinks.
2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, 50" TV, full size bathroom with tub/shower and large vanity.
3rd bedroom has a queen size sofa bed, 40" TV. It can be used as a bedroom or 2nd living room with french doors for privacy.

Owner will provide golf cart for your short ride to the beach.

The complex has an oversized pool (heated April 1 - October 15), volleyball/tennis/pickle ball courts, fitness room, playground, putting green, shuffleboard, outdoor grilling area, car wash and vacuum area and clubhouse.
