This fully updated and newly renovated three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home is nestled in the town of Cayce, SC just 15 minutes away from USC, 25 minutes to Fort Jackson, and about half an hour from Congaree. It is just up the street from the Historic Columbia Speedway! Cayce, SC was once known as the "Cradle of Stock Car Racing," and even though the speedway is no longer used for car racing, guests can enjoy a lively event schedule that is still active at this historic venue.
The Space:
This home's open floor plan and spacious outdoors provide ample room to enjoy time with family and friends. This house sleeps up to 10 people comfortably.
The home has three bedrooms, with large fully updated and modern kitchen that has a great seating area, dining area, living room and 1.5 baths. The master bedroom features a king bed and half bath. You will love all the brand new subway tile, fixtures, and cabinets in the bathrooms! The second bedroom has two full beds. The third bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. There is a full bathroom conveniently located in between the three bedrooms for easy access for all the guests. The kitchen/sitting area is great for those families that love to "hang in" together. Whoever is cooking will feel included while the rest of the guests can relax and enjoy their favorite binge worthy show with a glass of wine or a favorite board game at the kitchen table! This house really is the entertainer's dream with all the updated kitchen amenities! The chef of the group can cook away while the kids play games and friends sit and enjoy the conversation. When the weather is nice, adults and kids alike can enjoy the spacious outdoor area with patio seating underneath the wonderful natural shade that the trees in the yard provide.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
