Positive: I’m shocked this property only has a few reviews- it’s absolutely wonderful! Here is my NOT sponsored review as this place deserves a lengthy one! -PROS: -Outside yard is perfect for families and dogs, 100% fenced in so no dog regardless of size will get out accidentally -Fire pit and sitting areas outside are so great to relax in the woods with all of the fun of camping and all the luxury of beds and bathrooms :) - Inside: LOVED the layout, it’s even better now than the pictures show with a large open space concept, room for dogs or littles to run about, games galore - This one full bath in main room, 1 half bath in master made for a great concept for 2 bedrooms - Lots of upgrades, appliances, furnishings, wood accents, coffee bar, large dining table- comfy beds and couch - Coffee machine is a Keurig k cup pods (proved) - Hair dryer is AMAZING- I have hair to my waist and this dryer was better than my own! - All shower supplies provided - Some seasonings for cooking - BEST wall TV mounting set up we’ve seen in a rental providing perfect access to bring your own Apple TV to hook up and watch your own shows - Owner communication was EXCEPTIONAL with texting directly! - Note -Driveway- there is a covered area carport - although we could not park under it with our travel box on top of the truck

Negative: - CONS: Truly no actual cons but maybe things that could help- - This property could definitely benefit from a welcome book with instructions for the property rules, remote instructions, where to find batteries etc if needed (we did find the heating units remote manual thankfully & batteries finally but def would help to have some instructions) - The booking company Evolve was a bit confusing in the booking details but eventually all ok (owner is EXCEPTIONAL with texting and communication during the visit) - a guest book? Would be cool to see what other guests found fun to do and share tips of the area
