The Space:
Welcome to our spacious and pet-friendly home! Enter using the front door code and step into the inviting foyer. The front bedroom, with a cozy tan chair, offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom.
Continuing through the front bedroom, you'll find the main living room. Please note that the first bedroom on the left is a converted living room, providing less privacy and serving as a passage to the living area. The living room boasts two sleeper sofas, a large SmartTV, and abundant natural light. On the right, there's a dining table for six and a fully equipped kitchen with eat-in dining for four.
A few steps up, you'll discover the den area with a foosball table and two more sleeper sofas. The last bedroom features two queen beds and offers backyard access.
The master bedroom comprises a queen and a full bed, complete with a desk and an ensuite bathroom featuring a spacious shower and double sinks. This bathroom is connected to the den area.
Our home is set on a semi-private pond and features a large yard and a spacious porch with a charcoal grill. Smoking and parties are not allowed.
Note: this home used to have an interior hot tub in the living space. It is no longer functioning and is covered. This will not impact your stay. Please inquire if you have any questions!

Getting Around:
This home is located on the north side of West Columbia. Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Parking is available in the driveway for several cars.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
