This newly renovated house served as a Bed and Breakfast last season. Our Innkeeper is unable to continue so we changed to a "regular vacation rental" for the summer 2023.
We have 5 bedrooms and a huge back yard.
The house is a 5-10 minute drive to Carolina Beach and 15-20 to downtown Wilmington.
This house is suitable for an outdoor wedding or other small venue events, and has a large grass back yard.
We also have the house next door listed which is a 4 bedroom ranch style house.
There is a 6th bedroom that can be available for an additional price. It is ground floor and has three bunk beds in it. Use the add on to add this room and increase your capacity by 6 people.
