Super comfy three bedroom summer house or two bedrooms in winter, with a breathtaking view of the Appalachian and Smokey Mountains. Open loft master bedroom and en-suite full bath, main floor bedroom and full bath, and a ground floor bedroom/playroom and full bath/laundry room. Full kitchen with all the utensils you could possibly need and a wrap around deck to relax and take in the view. Sip your morning coffee and watch as the clouds burn off the valley to reveal the gorgeous view. Listen to the train in the distance as it makes its way around Green Mountain along the Toe River.
Fishing, rafting, kayaking, and hiking opportunities abound. The house is pet friendly!
King bed in master loft, double bed on main, and futon on the ground floor converts to a double bed.
Renovation is on-going. Freshly painted and decorated, please excuse some imperfections as there is still work to be done. Kitchen and bath cabinets have some water damage to finish, but otherwise very functional and attractive.
