This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is perfect for families and friends. It is just a 5 minute drive to Lake Pontchartrain, the Bayou and City Park where you can enjoy Cafe Du Monde, playgrounds, walking trails, NOMA, the children’s museum, paddle boats, bike rentals, storyland, putt putt, tennis courts and a golf course. Located a quick 10 minute drive to downtown and the French Quarter.
This property is a newly renovated house in a peaceful neighborhood. There is a king bed in the primary suite and queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. There is a sofa bed in the living area. The house has off street parking to fit multiple vehicles.
There are 40` Flat screen TV`s in all bedrooms. WiFi internet.
Living room has a 60` TV. The movie theater room has a 110` projector screen & 7.1 THX surround sound.
The entire house and backyard is all yours.

Quaint, quiet Gentilly where all the neighbors know each other and greet guests with a smile. There is a playground and green space around the corner from the house. It is in a perfect location for reaching anywhere in the city by car in no more than 15 minutes or public transportation. Within walking distance there is a Subway, Italian restaurant, grocery store and bakery. There is a Walgreens as well as a gas station less than 5 minutes away for conveniences. There is also a Walmart about a 5-7 minute drive away.

Take exit 238B for Interstate 610 W toward N O Intl Airport/Baton Rouge
Continue onto I-610 W
Take exit 2C to merge onto Paris Ave
Turn right onto Charlton Dr
Turn left onto Chamberlain Dr

1. We are legally limited to the posted maximum occupancy by local law. Additional guests occupying the space will be charged $100 per person per night.
2. Please be respectful with noise as this is a quiet neighborhood with young families. Quiet hours are between 10pm -8am. Any noise complaints between these hours, or if the police are called could result in a fine of up to $1000 and you may be asked to vacate the property.
3. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $100 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given and our cleaners have the right to enter the property and begin cleaning if they arrive and you are still present. If you are not at the property, our cleaners will set your items outside for you to collect. If the space you’re renting is for multiple units, the fee will be $100/hour per unit.
4. Smoking in the unit will result in a $500 Deodorization Fee. Please smoke outside and use the ashtrays provided.
5. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party will be charged a $1,500 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras with active recording is present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken.
6. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.
7. Please use our black makeup towels to remove makeup to avoid damaging white linens/towels.
8. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.
9. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.
10. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.
11. High chairs are available upon request. There is limited availability. Please inquire via message if you would like to reserve one.
12. There is a $500 minimum fee for commercial photography and filming on the property.
13. If you disconnect anything on the TVs, projectors or audio video equipment please make sure you put it back how you found it. If a tech needs to be called out to remedy any issues there will be a minimum $150 fee.
