Beautiful Riverfront property located on the Northeast Cape Fear River!
Kick back, unwind and reconnect at our modern country style home that is in Burgaw, North Carolina looking over the Northeast Cape Fear River. Located about 36 mins from Wilmington, North Carolina.
The Space:
Inside the home you will find all you need to feel at home. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and all the pots, pans and utensils need to make all basic meals. Has a little dinning area with a table that seats 4 people and bar area that will seat 2 people. Laundry room with working washer and dryer. Master bedroom features a queen size bed, closet area and a full-size bathroom with a tub and shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, a twin over a full-size bunk bed and a full-size bathroom with a shower.
Outside the property features an extensive decking area where you can fish off the deck. Also has an area where you can clean your fish. Nice pergola area to sit and enjoy the water and all the boats passing by. Guest is welcome to bring a boat the bottom deck is set up to have one boat tied up. There are 2 boat ramp access mins away from the house. We do offer two grill options, Pit Boss electric grill or a charcoal grill.
All linens and towels are provided.
NOTE: It has a very outdoorsy feel. You’re likely to see squirrels, birds, turkeys, deer and maybe even a fox. Summer times are usually full of bugs – and they might find themselves inside your home. Cobwebs can appear overnight. For those weary of the great outdoors or nature’s creatures, this place is not for you. We do our best to keep the property sprayed and treated whenever possible.
