These bedrooms share a full bathroom, equipped with essential toiletries. There is an additional half bathroom for your convenience.

Please note: The stairwell leading to the second floor with the bedroom and second living room is narrow and steep, so please take care when going up.
- The renter must be at least 25 years old.
- There is a Ring camera recording all times on the exterior of the building for guest safety and a digital lock.
- For our neighbors peace of mind; no loud, boisterous, or raucous language or shouting so as to annoy or disturb the peace, quiet, comfort, or repose of residence of the area between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
- No playing of any radio, television set or other machine or device for the producing or reproducing of sound, or musical instrument, in such manner or with such volume, particularly during the hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am, so as to annoy or disturb the peace, quiet, comfort, or repose of the residence of the area.
- Parties: We do NOT allow parties. If you have a special event or gathering request, we will consider each request on a case-by-case basis. If there is evidence that a non-approved party/gathering has been thrown, you will be assessed an extra cleaning fee up to $600.
- Visitors: We are perfectly fine with you having family or friends visit you during your stay. If you are planning to have more than 2 visitors who will NOT be spending the night, please let us know. At no point can there be more people at the property than the maximum house capacity listed. (For example: if the house sleeps 8 and allows you to book for 8 people, then there can never be more than 8 people at the property – even if they are just visitors stopping by.) If this rule is not abided by, there will be a $40 fee per unapproved visitor.
- Fire/Smoke: It is a property rule that there are to be no fires, candles, smoking or burning of any kind in the property. We charge a $600 fee if there is any indication of any form of burning/smoke in the house. (This is for the safety of our guests and to protect the property.)
- We will always go above and beyond for you. That said, if you have a complaint about any aspect of the property (amenities, cleanliness, etc.) upon sharing the complaint to us or VRBO you are authorizing us to come into the property to fix it.
PETS:
• We allow a maximum of two (2) pets not weighing more than 50 lbs.
• Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
• Pets must be supervised at all times.
• Pets must be declared upon reservation
