We try to accommodate early check-in to the maximum extent possible for $50, pending coordination with our cleaners' schedule. Just let us know if you would like us to try to make that work for you.
Unexpected, additional guests:
The premises are limited to the number of guests on the reservation. Guests will be assessed $50 per night per guest that was not listed on the reservation, and we reserve the right to decline hosting these additional, unexpected guests at any time, for any reason. However, guests that desire to bring additional friends over for a couple hours during the day may do so with prior coordination.

This apartment only shares parking and yard space. The entire upstairs apartment is completely private for your enjoyment.
The downstairs apartment is also coming soon to our hosting so if you need additional space for another party while being able to have your own privacy, please ask if we can accommodate both units.
