Irmo is located just off the shore of Lake Murray, which has public boat ramps less than 15 mins away!
The Space:
Guests will enter the home through the front door and be welcomed into spacious living room. The blue hues of the living room help create the perfect ambiance for relaxing after a long day or spending quality time together with friends and family. From the living room, you'll see spacious dining table with bench seating where everyone can sit together to enjoy a family meal made in the fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee-maker.
There are three bedrooms on the upper level and one sleeping space on the lower level of the living room. The first room upstairs has one king bed. The second and third bedrooms have a queen. Downstairs, you'll find two queen beds in the semi-private sleeping space. The door leading downstairs does close to offer privacy, but the room is open to the laundry room and a bathroom. There is also a full sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is also a full-size washer and dryer available for use. The spacious backyard has a charcoal grill and a patio table and chairs so you can enjoy the cool night air!
You're also just outside of bustling city of Columbia; Midtown, the Riverbanks Zoo & Garden, and the University of South Carolina are all only 25-30 minutes away!
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Getting Around:
We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests. However, Uber and Lyft service our area as well if needed.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
