This newly built elevated 2 bedroom home offers incredible views and easy access to the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys. In addition, you’ll have access to the wonderful on-site amenities offered at Venture Out Resort: a heated 80-foot pool with large Jacuzzi and Kiddie Pool, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce courts, swimming lagoon, marina and convenience market with fuel on site and two double wide boat ramps, Recreation Center with billiards, darts, and ping pong, post office and a library. Venture Out Resort enjoys 24 Hour Patrolled Security.
THE HOME…
Designed with luxury and comfort in mind, MERMAID MAGIC has a spacious open living area ideal for relaxing after a day full of adventure on the water. The living room features a large flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating options. Step outside to the patio and take in the stunning water views. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and tools you’d expect in a high-end rental home. Dining options include an indoor dining table that seats four, two seats at the kitchen island, and a full-size picnic table under the house. You’ll also be able to bring your boat to dock on the 35' concrete seawall equipped with dock posts, cleats, fish cleaning table & swim ladder.

Summary: We kicked off the summer with a family trip. The place was just as described, and was fully loaded with everything we needed. Appreciated the extra linens and fully stocked kitchen. The location was great (right next to pool and convenient store) The property management was quick to respond with a question I had and check in/out was so easy. We would definitely stay here again.
