Positive: Was hosting a course that I was enrolled on so stayed at the hotel for convenience Initial staff were welcoming

Negative: Booked a twin room. Got to room- had been given a double- long walk back to reception. Guy took 20minutes to almost rectify this. (The lady who welcomed us sorted it very quickly) The air conditioning was broken in our room. So was very hot, opened the window- was very noisy. Not the best nights sleep for more money than a premier inn.

Summary: Room for improvement, a few small irritations
