4 Bedroom House in Pineville

In an effort to comply with the CDC guidelines concerning social distancing when it comes to pool usage, and since the pool is a shared pool with the other family staying at the other house . The pool usage for each house will be limited to a half day for each house alternating between morning and afternoon use . Please keep in mind that this is only a guideline designed for your own and your family safety.
Please note the pool is for seasonal use only (April 1 to October 15)

About an hour from Charleston, and 25 miles from Moncks Corner, SC you can have your very own plantation for your next getaway! Very quiet surroundings with an easy access to about 6 golf courses within 30-40 minutes’ drive .Myrtle Beach is about 1:40 minutes away. The property is remote and very private and located on a plantation setting , adjacent to the prestigious Oakland Club . It has an in ground shared swimming pool, (Seasonal use only .April 1 to October 15) for staying guests only , 250 yards driving range with range balls provided, a large pond full of various type of fish (Catch and release).This paradise seems shut off from the rest of the world and has all you will need to be comfortable and relaxed.
There are two rental units at this location all within walking distance:
1) Marion House : 4 bedroom, almost new, property is about 2500 sq. ft. large for many indoor activities .The master bedroom has two twin beds( can be joined together), in suite bath and Jacuzzi tub, shower stall and walk in closet. The other 3 rooms one has a king size , one queen-size bed, (shared full bathroom).The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and its own bathroom. There is a very large screened porch area with 8 chairs dining table at the front and a deck along the side.There is also another 8 chairs dining table in the dining area . A full and well equipped kitchen/Dining room, washer/ dryer, microwave, dishwasher fridge stove,coffee maker, utensils ,towels ,HD TV(local channels ) , Blu Ray DVD player ,all new appliances and a gas grill.We also have a HIgh Speed WIFI connection (As of Mar. 2023)
2)Guest House : About 300 yards away from the Marion House, A three bedroom completely renovated in 2010 and fully furnished . It has a large family room overlooking the pond facing east .A wonderful place to spend the morning. .Each bedroom has in-suite bathroom with shower stall . A large living room/dining room with 6 chairs .Fully equipped kitchen and HD TV (local channels).
St. Stephen is only 9.2 miles away.There is an IGA store and gas station among other stores .Moncks Corner 21 miles away has many grocery store including a super Walmart and many fine restaurants.
